When purchasing with wholesale, the sale is final.

Any claim for defective items (unused only) must be reported to us via E-mail yzusainc@aol.com within three business days from the date you receive the shipment. Each claimed item needs to be returned in original package. If the item is not sold out, a replacement will be approved, or the credit will be issued.

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders will result in a charge for any additional shipping expenses incurred, with a 25% restocking fee.
